Rodan And Fields - Rude Representative
I'm submitting this to suggest that Rodan & Fields conduct better training in customer service skills for their representatives. I encountered one at an event in Denver, CO and she was extremely icy, rude and unfriendly.
What a turnoff to a business she's supposed to be the 'face' for (no pun intended). And on top of that, her face looked completely frozen, bloated, trout-lipped and botoxed out -- that makes me think that if one would purchase these products they would look like that? Wow. Maybe she didn't like me because I am younger with wrinkle-free skin and she, as an older woman who had nothing better to do but be a glorified Avon representative, was jealous.
In addition to this, another rep friended me on Facebook some time ago. I kept her on a friend (only because we had a mutual friend) but now after encountering this extremely rude R&F rep, I'm completely turned off to the company as a whole. Will never give this company my business if these are the kinds of snooty, rude people they have as their 'face'.
First impressions mean everything. No thanks!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Rodan And Fields Cons: Rude representatives.
Location: Denver, Colorado

Good for you that you are young and wrinkle-free, but this post is the kind of attitude that does not promote the acceptance of real beauty at any age. Shame on you.
- a woman.
You spelled witch wrong. the poster just said what she thought.
Why are R&F consultants so childish and defensive? Reminds me of the little kid getting caught with his hand in the cookie jar. I find her comment to be very true. I would be more apt to buy (expensive) skincare products from someone with nice skin.
Some of the consultants I've met have horrible skin and try to tout their products as an aid to beautiful skin. It just doesn't pass the smell test.
Agree. These R& F business owners can just say lie after lie about their product & price ad nauseum and nobody is allowed to question them.
As soon as you do, they play the woman card i.e. They are hard working women who are entrepreneurs and are business gurus and the rest of us are just dumb for working at 9-5 jobs. How did our nice friends become witches? My guess is money or the promise of money.
We have been criticized for making posts as anonymous. Maybe we should all go with our real names. Maybe it is time to out the consultants as their very questionable actions as they try to make a buck.
What say we name names? I am prepared to post the names of a South Jersey team.
I am very sorry that you had such terrible first impressions with Rodan and Fields Detmatologists. I would be happy to explain our buisness and tell you further about the products we offer. You can reach me through my website at rhonan.myrandf.com/ca
Hey Estevan...get any bites?
This is the problem!!! You are not dermatologists!!
Consultants for Rodan and Fields are mostly scam artists. This is a pyramid scheme. The dermatologists who developed these products are making millions off the consultants who order product for themselves. Very, very few are making any money as a consultant.
I also am so sick and tired of these woman stalking us on social media. I have about five "friends" who sell this stuff and I can barely look them in the eye now. They make up lies to make others think selling Rodan and Fields products allows them to stay home with their children. I know for a fact, this is not true.
And, truth be told...all five of them are basically unemployable. They use words like "get out of comfort zone" and "don't care what others think." They should care because the rest of the world thinks they are a joke. The company trains these woman not on being skin care experts, but praying on any weak and depressed soul they can find. I saw a stat the other day that women who suffer from post-partum depression are the most likely to fall for these types of pyramid schemes.
And, ironically, all five of the women I know who sell Rodan and Fields suffer from post-partum and ongoing depression.
It is really sad.
A pyramid scheme is when no products are exchanged, so it's definitely not a pyramid scheme.
You are absolutely incorrect. Roden and Fields is absolutely a pyramid scheme.
It is a thinly veiled pyramid scheme that abuses relationships, especially via social media.
Definition: A pyramid scheme is an illegal investment scam based on a hierarchical setup. New recruits make up the base of the pyramid and provide the funding, or so-called returns, the earlier investors/recruits above them receive.
