Rodan and Fields has the worst customer service - actually NO customer service! They charge a zillion dollars for their products, and they don't care if you ever buy from them again or not!

My consultant signed me up for the Perks and never told me there was a $80 minimum order EVERY TIME to get free shipping that I was paying for in the Perks program. I called customer service and they offered me a free body lotion. I told them I don't need lotion, as I have lots of unused lotions in a drawer.

I said I would rather have half off on a product I actually use. They sent back a cold, heartless, arrogant email telling me they "are not doing anything for me and there would be no more offers to try to satisfy me on this matter." What a horrible OVERPRICED company.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Consultant lies cost me about $45 so I asked for half off a product I use..

I would suggest going back to you consultant directly should you have any issues or concerns. He/ She is the independent business owner and should be conducting all aspects of business on your behalf.

I'm sure they would be happy to assist you. Also R+F has recently changed their shipping options which works to our customers advantage.

Please see your consultant for the options.
