The customer service agent directed me on how to cancel my “services” but I am VERY upset that I’ve been charged for something I haven’t been using for over a year. There was no communication that I was being changed every month and the consultant that recruited me never told me I needed to send in any forms so I thought my CRP cancellation covered it. This is a total scam and I am going to be sure to tell people about it.

Almost all mlm's require autoship to get a discount and almost ALL reps will leave that part out. It's usually in small writing somewhere that you're agreeing to auto shipments or reps want to sign you up themselves,so you won't see that little tidbit of info.

My advice is just don't buy from ANY mlm's. No reputable company makes people continue to get items every month just to get a sale price.

That would be like me ordering a pair of jeans from American Eagle, but having to agree to buy a pair every month, just to get that one pair that's on sale. Like I said,only shady mlm companies use this practice and they teach their reps not to tell customers because they know that people don't like auto ship.

could not get into my online account for several days to change stop shipment of recurring order. My personnel rep couldn't get into my account either.

Took to long to get someone to respond. They charged my card and shipped my order anyway. Now I have to pay ship it back and interest on the charge. Not happy, products don't work for me.

After a year of using lash boost. My lashes are going backwards, and redefine makes me breakout.

R&F sales rep said she ordered lash boost for me and R&F told her it was lost in shipping and then charged my account two more times immediately and refused to take it off stating I would have to wait and return the products (hmmm-I never got the first one). So I disputed with Citi card costco and they corrected my account, then I finally got one lash boost with no invoice or any papers- called R&F to ship it back and they said everything was cancelled. Then a month and a half later, Citi sided with R&F and sent me a statement stating my dispute was bogus because I finally got one product (seeming to forget I was charged three times with no product and had to dispute it!!!) R&F is a waste of time and energy! Not even one/5 stars...0

Keep following up. They will try to tell you that they didn’t receive order, that order was returned after the 60 day period (it’s 60 days since order was placed, not received by so consumer or by when consumer started to use—so it’s like 45 days or less). Keep on them and be sure to check your account and make sure you aren’t on auto ship.

It sounds like you are a consultant who is learning about R&F the hard way. Get out now before your experience gets worse. The sooner you realize you aren't going to get rich, you aren't going to retire your husband, you aren't going to be a #bossbabe, you don't own your own company, you aren't a "business partner" to the owners of the company, and all your friends and family are talking about how they can't believe you got suckered into an MLM, the better off you will be.

Rodan And Fields - Allergic Reaction and Despicable Customer Service

I had an allergic reaction to a Rodan Fields product because they did not properly label their ingredients as required by the FDA. Rodan and Fields refused to help me via email, so I called the company. After being passed around and put on hold for an extended period, I was told they couldn't help me and that I would have to seek out their consultant myself and convince her to refund my purchase. It wasn't until I mentioned the class action lawsuit regarding this product that she asked to get a supervisor. After she spoke to the supervisor I was told the Rodan and Fields sales rep who sold me the product was operating incorrectly and it is my responsibility to ask her for a refund.

Did you buy your product directly from the Rodan and Fields website or from a consultant? It is not improper to buy from a consultant but the company will only give the refund within 60 days of original purchase.

Since the consultant possibly had it on hand for longer than 60 days the company will not help with a refund.

Rodan and Fields is really focused more on new sales and recruiting and less on the consultants selling from their stock. It’s not the consultants fault that their system is so flawed.

Unfortunately removing the items does not do any good if you are on auto ship. You have to choose cancel and then postpone in order to skip a month.

The scam is that a ficticious consultant will sign up and order the largest kit, using your cc and address. What they try to do is while the package is en route they cancel.

What they get out of it is a visa gift card or iPad and they have this shipped to a different address, then they ghost.

RF will say that they have been scammed too...but RF should have better background checks in place as to who they allow to sign on...but they don’t and won’t put better processes in place...and worse yet they won’t help you by disclosing any info regarding when the kit was purchased in your name, attached to what upline etc. but your card has been compromised so please talk to your bank and CC company about fraud, blocking RF transactions etc

I used to order their products and had a similar situation. In my case I had placed an order for products and it did not appear to submit.

So I placed it again, and again, until it finally went through. When I received confirmation it was for all three times. I immediately called CS to tell them what happened and to request that they cancel the two superfluous orders.

They refused and informed me that I could return the extra products upon receipt...at my own expense. For such an “amazing” company their business practices leave much to be desired.
