Stop Facbook Stalking
I recently had to block a long-time friend of mine who lives in Seymour Indiana because every post revolves around selling Rodan Fields. Facebook should not allow MLM's to sell on personal pages.
Preying on friends and family is disgraceful. I'll never buy the products based on these unscrupulous sales tactics. Stop stalking us RF consultants. It's like a cult.
The other thing that bothers me is lack of disclosure.
It's really not about selling the product but recruiting people so you can make money off your downline.

Verified ReviewerAccess to my account
I cannot access my account to change the products I am products I am purchasing. I had a reset link sent ( because this happened last month as well).
The link stated that my email was invalid. WHICH IT WAS NOT! The linkallowed me to change the password, but THEN just said it timed out. Lmao.
I had just received and opened it.
Im just over the struggle.
I want to cancel EVERYTHING. I do not wish to purchase your wonderful products any longer due to your website.
- Website accessibility
Preferred solution: A CANCELLATION!
User's recommendation: Make everything more accessible. Initially I had to have a representative set the account up because tour website wouldn’t allow me in. It’s been a mess every month.
Resolved: Moving auto ship date
Auto order ship date moved up to my request thank you.
Not sure of His name waited on hold for 28 minutes. He was helpful, and could speak very good English.

2/24/20: I am thrilled to report that my credit card shows a $149.08 credit/refund by Rodan & Fields. Their consumer affairs department honored my fair request and now I am moving forward! :) Thanks R & F!
2/19/2020: I followed up in the same email string asking for status.
2/19/2020: The Rodan and Fields customer service email address is incorrect and my original email to them bounced back. I sent the email successfully to salessupport@***.com on 2/05/2020 and immediately received an autoresponder message that assigned a case number and that it was in review.
I received a second email stating that they have also passed my concerns to their Exec Team who is always interested in comments and concerns for planning future growth. To date, I have not heard back from anyone.
I followed the instructions on their return policy steps printed on their form and on 11/15/2019 mailed back the 2nd Lash Boost I had ordered. It was unopened, and returned back in the original packaging with their requested mailing label.
The first Lash Boost I ordered was over 60 days at this point and so by policy it was not returnable. If so, I would have since early in month 3 of use, the product started to discolor my eyelids in a brown tone and caused my eyes to water and itch. I left to travel 11/16-12/12 and returned to notice no credit was processed. Upon my call a couple weeks ago to support they informed me that they never received it and that had to have a tracking number in order to get a refund.
Although that was NOT listed on the return form, it’s apparently embedded in links that you have to further click on the find. Prior to mailing, I made a point to make a copy of the filled in return form and dated it. I honestly can’t remember if I thought to send tracked on my own but at this time, I can’t find a tracking number. I tried to call their customer service today and the line for US customers did not transfer over, basically froze.
Bottom line, I spent $300 on 2 Lash Boosts that caused adverse drug reactions with vague return policy that I do not feel should be reasonable for. I feel the full $300 should be refunded however, I am willing to accept the return of one and be satisfied.
No answer - the system did not route me to us support. It became a dead line
- Redefine
- Well branded
- Women leadership
- Caused breakouts and rash
Preferred solution: Full refund
Abuse from Rodan and Fields Corporate Executive
I want to report a gross abuse from your Executive Consultant Jannecke Nielsen Friesen. As your consultant she represents your products and your philosophies and yesterday I received the following messages from your Executive director regarding my fascial structure and fascial problems.
Jannecke Nielsen Friesen: "You must have the lowest IQ of all the blasters. What a *** hater! But with your sagging face I understand that you are angry. But don't take it out on the rest of us.
Go get a facelift instead and be over it! And grow up some!!! Jannecke Nielsen Friesen: " You do know how extremely uneducated you are right? And the fact that you had to delete me off your *** group cos you couldn't respond to any of my texts other than "blah blah" and therefore a huge lack of vocabulary says it all.
Keep going hard and deep on your face woman. It's nothing you can do to save it anyway. Once a redneck always a redneck. If you could read you would see why you look the way you do now!
How you have not UNDERSTOOD instructions. But then again you don't understand the simplest things according to yourself. Get a life Julie. The hate you have for yourself is something you should deal with!
Seriously" I am going to share these messages around the web and with any and all media outlets and groups and let them know how your Executive Reps treat people with sagging skin.
I cannot believe you have such a coldhearted and cruel representative in your executive group. I would never in a million years buy your product and I will share my experience wildly.

Incorrect order
Hi,
One of my preferred customers had trouble with an order. It said her credit card was on default but it said her order did go through, so we wanted to make sure that her order went through
- Lash boost
- Scam of preferred customer status program
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered
BAD customer service
I'll try to be brief. At the recommendation of my daughter, I bought Lash Boost (which, by the way, works amazingly well).
And I became a PCPerks "member," which I believe allows me to get another LashBoost when mine runs out without paying shipping (?) or some additional discount. Some time later, I was notified that R+F was going to send me another Lash Boost (that I would pay for), but it was WAY too early for me to need a new one. So I cancelled the membership. Then my daughter informed me that I could simply postpone delivery and not lose membership benefits.
(That was my fault, probably, for not reading the fine print.) My complaint is that, for the last few months -- with a break in between because I gave up for a while, but then got angry again -- I have been asking them SIMPLY to reinstate my membership, because I had not understood how it worked. They have refused. The latest they "offered" was that I could enroll again and THEN request that they waive my enrollment fee, but that they couldn't promise that would work.
So...I should buy the membership a second time, and hope that the second time they will refund the money that they refused to do the first time? (Also, the whole resolution was delayed by several weeks when I first asked them to reinstate me because I was asking from a different email than the one I had registered with -- because that account had been closed -- and they refused my claim that I was the same person: even though I sent them proof of my membership!!!)
- Great product
- Really poor customer service and hard to contact
Preferred solution: Start my membership in PCPerks up again.
User's recommendation: Read the fine print? Know that you can delay product delivery. Be aware that they will want you to refill well before it's likely to be necessary.
Good experiences should be reported as well
I was looking for information, and was given accurate directions.
User's recommendation: You will probably be pleasantly surprised

I had the exact same allergic reactions as Daisy.
I unfortunately have no pictures to post. It took about 3 to 4 weeks for the hives the itching and the lip swelling and the numbness to go away. It took me a while to figure out what was causing this.
I had the exact same allergy reactions as Daisy. Rash on both forearms on both legs across my chest and lip swelling with numbness.

LimeLife uses the same tactics. Disgusting.
Younique too. If you want to use and sell products look to companies NOT on pissed consumer dot com......
Your cons has been DIRECTED to do this to promote sales!
Remember the randf does not adversities but do word of mouth?
Well here it is. And for free. On YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME.
Too bad.
Randf has NO concern about.
Sad you had to learn this way.

Not sure how anyone who purchased doesn't have the above contacts, phone and email? Your consultant should always be your first point of contact, give her/him the chance to make things right by you.
Hold your consultant accountable. You also have your 60 day money back guarantee. Might get more satisfaction trying other methods than simply posting anonymous posts on this site.
For the haters, they'll always be there.
Good luck bc EVERYTHING you do online is sold to aggregators who package the data in various methods to market goods and services to you online. Why do you think that dress you looked at pops up constantly wherever you are online.
Call me a hater! Now.
The cons are NOT EMPLOYED SO THEY DO NOT HAVE TO BE ANYTHING.
The woman is probably just tired of trying to keep a straight face and not crying about all the aggravation and money she has lost.
Unprofessional is everything Randf, from the product to sales, everything.
There is an difference between haters and calling out and confronting others who are treating others like garbage and trash! You're living proof of that! It's probably going to take you time to understand that because you're stuck at being stupid!
no fun you had to block a friend! i have never been a big fan of direct sales..
then i used lash boost and of course got hooked.. that stuff is amazing.. so i seized the opportunity to try and help some income for my daughter to go to a school i struggled to pay. i saw something great and wanted to just make a little extra to help.
my view of these women reaching out have changed. most that i see are women just sharing post a day which of course you can block your friend on fb at anytime if youre annoyed. so i honestly wouldnt be hurt if someone blocked me for my posts because i know what im trying to achieve for my family. i mean health insurance alone is expensive for my family.
most of these consultants are like me and honest because they experienced results themselves and truly are excited and want to share. sales is everywhere and i dont think its wrong. i am a hairstylist and im taught to sell hair products from my boss. i have always struggled because i can not sell something i haven't experienced!!
its a way of living for so so many. advertising is crazy everywhere.. i mean i think i saw a taco bell commercial like 16 times today and thats a *** of a lot more times then i have been approached by a friend of mine trying to sell me a product today.. of course there are those out there that dont take no for an answer..
so im sorry you had a bad experience and had to block your long time friend. :(
What do you think all these non brick and mortar stores sell and how do they let you know about their goods and services? It's called direct marketing or one-to-one marketing.
ITs called PYRAMID SCHEME!!!!
Cut the nobrickandmortar routine you parrot— you live in one and their is Randf FREEplace of business.
Well, yea, but TacoBell is like your Stylist Super— he employees and PAYS PEOPLE. If he sells a little inventory, it is good. No more.
Making excuses for Randf.
I totally agree the pushy sales tactics and trying to be my friend to get me to become a sales representative is unacceptable. Watch out for sales representative on military bases because these are unlisted wives who have nothing better to do but push out kids and gossip with one another.
I ran into a few on Ft.
Lewis-McCord who tried hard to befriend me just to sell R&F. It is stalking!
I totally agree, my sister in law started selling this ***, she sounds like a cult member, totally photo shopped ***
I completely agree with "snailmail" in Charlotte, North Carolina. Similar scenario happened to me.
High pressure sales tactic from a friend of mine then she inundates me with text follow-ups and adding me to R&F FB groups that I have no interest or time to watch. Finally I agreed to purchase 2 products just to try them out and to get her to stop bugging me. But I clearly told my friend the rep that I did NOT want to be placed on the Auto Ship program. When she assured me I wouldn't be, I signed up.
But lo and behold, guess what? I just received an email from Rodan & Fields that my Auto Shipment would soon be sent out to me! How in the world did this happen when I clearly said I did NOT want Auto Ship? So I had to go through the hassle of cancelling my account online, then calling the R&F Customer Service Dept to verify cancellation of everything.
Products are very expensive and didn't do what I expected. Then when I had a discussion with the rep that I canceled my account, she turned the tables around on me, trying to pin the blame of the misunderstanding on me, unbelievable! I told her she didn't fully disclose everything to me. If she had been up front with me regarding all the specifics, there's no way I would've ever signed up to begin with.
Too complicated and underhanded!
Good thing she isn't a close friend so distancing myself from her will be easy. Very disappointed with my first (and last) experience with R&F!
You don't know *** about how this business works and yes as a business owner if one of my clients wants to also change there lives and start building there own brand with the help of a well respected business and products that's great! If you don't have the balls to build a business that is your problem! What type of person are you to block a friend of wanting to work for a better future earn more money have more freedom and maybe be able to spend more time with there families
Funny, I have a small business and NEVER would use the tactics that R+F reps use. First of all, I'm getting badgered by like six people as we speak.
All of them added me to private groups, now I have a bunch of notifications. Thanks for nothing. And, in case I did want to try it, which of the like 50 and counting reps would I even decide on?
This is why you guys get blocked. If I did business like this, I would be done overnight.
Had to up for the laugh!
Well, just HOW much have you made? Or are you spending $20,000 per year to just get through the 1st 3 to 5 years BEFORE you make some real money??
How have you changed your life?
Good old One bird in the hand is worth two in the bush!!!
You're not a business owner if you work for R+F or companies like it.
Making assumptions or accusations about others is wrong! Nobody needs to listen you to being an jerk to others. Let's hope one day, someone puts you into your place!
A cult is a very accurate term to describe what is happening with "business owners" posting repeatedly on FB pages. Look consultants, WE DON'T WANT YOUR *** PRODUCTS NOR DO WE WANT TO JOIN YOUR TEAM!!!
stop with the posting.
I mean, you do realize that people who used to be your friends now cannot stand to be around you because they feel all you want is for you to "join them on their journey".
oh and by the way consultants....foolishly spending 1k on a kit does not a business owner make.
