Do not trust Rodan + Fields with your personal information, your money, or your business.

After being a loyal customer for over 10 years, I am appalled by how this company has handled a serious case of fraud involving my account. On 5/14/25 over $2,000 worth of products were fraudulently ordered through my accountwithout my password ever being changed.

I was told by their Order Protections representative, Jobelle, that the company confirmed the order was fraudulent, that I was not at fault, and that I would receive a full refund within 57 business days.

That assurance was a mistake to believe.

When Rodan + Fields attempted to process the refund, my bank card was temporarily locked due to the fraud itself. Once my card was unlocked and available, they refused to reissue the refund. Meanwhile, the company was able to recover every item that was fraudulently purchasedbut still refuses to return my money.

Since then, I have been strung along with empty promises, repeated delays, and vague claims that my case has been escalated, with no actual updates for weeks. I have been told there is no supervisor or higher authority I am allowed to speak with.

Despite daily calls and requests for updates, I continue to be given the same unhelpful responses.

At this point, I am preparing to pursue legal action. This situation meets the threshold for a small claims court case and may warrant further legal action beyond that.

I have retained all evidence, including email correspondence, voicemails, and recorded calls that clearly document Rodan + Fields acknowledgment of the fraud, their failure to process the refund, and their ongoing negligence.

No customer deserves to be treated this way. If you value your time, your finances, and your peace of mindstay away from this company.

joined Rodan and Fields years ago. I paid a premium price and ordered a huge amount of product - over $400 - to sign up for PC perks.

I was told this was a one time fee and that I would ALWAYS receive my PC discount on every purchase. Now, 0UT OF THE BLUE, this discount has been discontinued. This is false advertising, deceptive business practices and unethical business behavior. I could understand not offering PC perks packages to new customers if you did not want to give those discounts anymore, but It is totally unethical to renig on a business contract that was previously presented to a customer.

I will definately cancel my membership. The fee I paid for PC perks should be refunded to me.

This is unacceptable from a company like Rodan and Fields. Horrible customer concern and consideration.

I ordered lash boost in 2019, didn't like it and never ordered from RF again. On 11/1/23 I notice a charge from RF on my credit card for over $160.

I didn't order anything from RF, not since my first order 4 years earlier. I called RF and asked what this was about and to please remove the charge on my credit card as I had not placed an order with them for over 4 years. They said they didn't know how this happened. They told me I would have to return the product, which had not been delivered yet, before they would refund my money.

Once it arrived I went out of my way to go to the PO so I could get a tracking number to prove I returned it.

How is this legal? They have been using my money while I have to jump through hoops to return a product I didn't order so that they will then, refund me? They are a scam.

I have yet to receive my credit. I'm not done with this yet.
