I was a preferred customer, so I get automatic shipments every 2 months. Last month they sent me the wrong product, they said they were experiencing website issues and stated they would send out the correct product within 2 days.

They took 171.00 for the wrong product and stated they would refund it back to my account. Then they took 330.00 out for the correct product. They said to leave the incorrect item outside on my front deck and that FedEx would come get it. They took my money, yet never sent me my order.

I called 6 days later and asked why I still hadn't received my order. They now have the 171.00 for the wrong order and the 330.00 for the correct order and I don't have the items I ordered. The customer representative stated they would schedule pick up for the wrong item and would send out the correct item again. It has now been another 5 days and I still have the incorrect item sitting on my deck and I have NEVER received my ordered product.

Yet they have been paid in full.

I cancelled my account with them. I will make it my life's mission to make people aware that Rodan Fields is a scam and they will take your money, blame you for the reason your package isn't arriving and tell you they can't fix it.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

I was also shipped a kit last month that I specifically told my consultant that I did not want. Was charged etc.

This has been a royal mess. I was told it was a glitch with the new system.
