Rodan And Fields - Full 60 Day Refund
Returned my Rodan and Fields order within 60 days and did not receive full refund. Never received email saying they received the return as written in the return policy.
Was told when I called April 19 it would be 3-5 business days. Called again 5/2 was told 3-5 days from 4/27 process date. Waited 6 days and was only refunded $21.55 of $269.95. When I emailed R+F was told I was refunded in full and to check with my bank.
Called Customer Service they find their error emailed the corporate office and I would have to wait for them to contact me. Could not guarantee when but "sometime early next week" maybe Monday. Talked to supervisor who couldn't follow up because they have no telephone numbers to their corporate office and she was leaving for the day because it was a long day for her. Who says that to a customer?
So I do not know when or if I will get the rest of my refund. Not to mention the reason I returned my order is the Soothe regime left burn like marks in my face that took weeks to clear up.
Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

Sorry to hear about everything. Thank you for sharing your experience.
Please be warned that you will likely be questioned, integrity and ability to follow directions. Consultants will offer their services to you. They will say their sorry, and then claim that this experience doesn't represent the company and all of their products as a whole. Some may even claim that you only angry (maybe jealous) at the amazing success of the consultants.
You may even get medical advice from untrained, self proclaimed experts in the field of dermatology or they may say that everyone has reactions to products, so just accept it and move on. If you're lucky, you might even get a medical diagnosis and a recommended treatment from one of these clowns.
Good luck getting your money back. Consider reporting this to the BBB?

This is so common it has to be a trained practice.
