EVERYONE seems to be selling it. So NOT cool to use Facebook to try to pedal your wares to friends.

IF you must - start a page dedicated to that product and let people follow IF they are interested.

Everyone has the same opening line - pyramid Marketing.

I have not seen anyone with the magnificent glowing ageless skin they promise - ever. NO thanks!

There are no hoops. You send the product back and get a refund.

When buying from a third-party website there is no guarantee the product is actually R+F or if it is expired or not. She could have gotten it for $135 with free shipping through a consultant for a guaranteed product.

It's not common sense! Should be but it's not.

If it were as simple as you say, why would there 86% negative reviews ranging from fraud and difficult return processes? Long waits and giant hurdles to get your money back. The very fact that you're here is evidence that someone informed you that there is a growing number of people unhappy with the customer service, the products, the fake before and after, shady practices and unsolicited FB recruitment messages. I'm guessing you sell it which is why you're getting defensive.

MLM companies generally operate on the edge of the ethical lines of business practices. Your non-trained sales force, not business owners- I don't know who wrote that narrative, but it's a lie!, offer faulty diagnosis of patients that have had adverse effects.

I'm not going to go through the long list of terrible practices associated with business such as R&F because it's been well documented on this very website. I don't know what's worse, if you really believe this false narrative of R&F changing lives and empowering women or if you are lying through your teeth to promote yourself up the payramid shaped business you've been sucked into.

How soon does lashboost expire? Didn't it just come out lash year?

Rodan and Fields has a 60 day money back guarantee on their products.

to WMR #1425793

60 days starting on the RF clock from when order was placed...not from when it was received or started use. Which makes it more like 45 days or less for the consumer.

Then when they try to return thinking they have a full 60 days and they are told they are not within policy. And what's funny is RF is supposed to give a refund within 7-10 business days.

That doesn't happen for most. It takes months or getting a run around to try to get your money back.

Where did you purchase it? Through Rodan and Fields website?

If it was Amazon or Ebay, you may get the run-around and you may not be able to get your $$ back.

They will claim its a possible fraud product, and not within their control.

I think they’ll claim the same reason even if bought it direct. The beauty about being an mlm (I’m being facetious) or at the least have you jump through a few hoops to get YOUR money back

Sorry about the adverse side effects.

I’m a consultant and never had any of my clients had an issue when returning something. They got their money back immediately.

In addition, I recently had a client who had her package stolen off her door step. The company sent her a new one, no questions asked.

Well you’re the minority because this site and others such as the better business bureau have hundreds of complaints regarding returns and unauthorized charges. That’s not being “mean”, “negative” or “ bitter”.

It’s a fact.

Now that reports state a daily abandonment of Facebook. I wonder how goes forward.
