Can’t believe I got a “subscription”!!

This Company is the Scientology of skin care. Once you get in, it is difficult to get out! The products are decent but very overpriced. The biggest issue is the “subscription” that you had no idea that you had. They send you notices that “your order” is being sent in a few days...when you didn’t know you had an order! Do NOT sign up with this organization...they make getting out of the “subscription” pretty difficult.

Oh wow ..another big launch of doomed epic fail!!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
So R&F launches a new acne product package...obviously Proactive was a bust when they launched it and they had to redeem themselves in some way ...lol This will be an epic fail too. Overpriced acne meds ($100 ...please!) that your local Walgreens carries. LOL same ingredients too!

After day 2, my eyes are sooooooo bloodshot!!! And my eyelids are swollen, itchy and lots of crusties in the morning when I woke up. My bottom lash line is swollen & red too. So disappointed. I hope it clears up soon. If not I'll have to go to my eye doc. It's that bad.

Agreed with you and everything you're talking about. Products need too work anybody. I feel so bad and sad for people spending their money onto something that does not work for them!

Too much product. Too much product.

Your consultant should have communicated with you. Too much product. You have to think of lashboost as eyeliner. You aren’t gonna let your eyeliner drip into your eyes?

Are you? Nope! That would be silly.

Hence treat it like eyeliner. Again if you would have communicated with your consultant they would have effortlessly instructed you to use less.

You're not helping by being an jerk too others. How do you not know or do know how much this customer use?

Don't you got anything better too do than passing judgment.

You're acting like an jerk. And you should be treated like an jerk.

Stop being an jerk too others. It's not an good look onto you if you're going too acting mean and nasty too others if they are doing nothings wrong.

Not true I carefully applied the serum and like other people I was told my reactions were normal and your eye should become used to it. My eyes have not been the same as since I used the serum.

My eyes are constantly dry and bloodshot I have been unable to wear my contacts with the dryness. I never thought a over the counter cosmetics would possibly change my vision and eyes. I expressed concern to my consultant and read all the websites and was encouraged to keep using it to see the full results and your eyes will get used to it. I’m scared this is permanent and I never would have used or recommend this product knowing it contains a drug known to cause all kinds of eye damage.

They have deceived and failed to inform consumers of the serious side effects of ingredients that real doctors have known for many years. I’m so distraught that this has been going on for so long. They are still selling this as a safe alternative for longer thicker lashes. This is criminal fraud and they continue to operate without any consequences.

They should be liable for damages and suffering they willingly marketed as safe to make money.

They didn’t care about the damages they kept collecting money and failed to warn users! should

Skin is an organ, and everyone is different. IF you ordered from R+F directly, and you are within 60 days of purchase, you can return them for a full refund.

Log onto their site & scroll to the bottom for return instructions. Ship back everything you received & save your tracking #! A consultant should have guided you through the ordering process and ensured you have no sensitivities.

If you are willing to try Soothe, it should calm down your skin within 24 hours of trying it. Good luck!

You were using too much product, the product is suppose to dry immidiately after applying. If it does not you are using too much.

If you are getting too close to your eyelashes this will again happen. Most, not all cases, customers are not following directions which in turn causes such reactions.

your products are great, but I don't need to order every 2 months. Therefore I am asking if I can just order when I want. I still have half of my products I have bought and therefore I don't need anymore at the present or in this case come march or april 2019.

Yes, you can change your product shipment or your consultant can direct you. :) you can also delay a few times at a time.

(Ie 2 months at a time a few times).

This then avoids having to change shipments every 2 months or forgetting. :)

Guest

You can change what is in your cart at any time as well as when you want to order.. You just need to log into your account and go to edit pc perks cart..

Your consultant should help you out if you know who that is..

If you have any other question please feel free to ask.. Hope that helps Klgillig@***.com

Happy Unblemish User

At 34 I have suffered from acne since puberty. I have used all sorts of prescription and OTC products. I have found those experiences to cause cracked seeping skin or to give no results at all and sometimes even make acne worse. Enter Rodan and Fields and Unblemish! I have CLEAR skin for the first time since I was 11!! I am 100% satisfied. I don't mind paying the money as I am saving money by not going through foundation and cover up along with all the other failed products. I've also been using Lash Boost for about 5 weeks and am LOVING my results. I'm sorry to those who have not had a good experience.

Returning item

Basically, they did not include a packing slip l, so I have to research the order #, etc. in order to send the product back.

I is a lot of hassle. How hard would it have been for them to have included a packing slip?

Please update if you do get your refund. I am still working on mine 3 months later.

Just read reviews of this happening to others: first they say they didn't get it. then you provide tracking and they "look into it" and don't call you back. then they say "it's on a chargeback, we can't refund". then you tell them it is not, and they "look into it".

then they say they were "process it", then "we are mailing you a check" and when you dont get the check, they say they can't find the record and will "look into it". I hope you get your refund!!

My eyes are on fire

Used this for a couple of weeks. Wasn’t attributing my swollen, itching, burning, painful eyes until I finally realized what I’ve been doing differently which is using this product. So disappointed in wasting my money and also worried about long term effects as my eyes are still swollen and red and crusty.

Same here - eyes are on fire, gives me a headache, and the fragrance is way too strong. Never tried anything like this before - awful!

Thought I would end with that, but I can't post this until I have 50 words?? The person I talked to about this issue was not helpful.

Not only that, she talked so fast I could barely understand her....Her advise was to stop using the product. Really?

Very Satisfied Customer

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
This is a glowing review. I love R&F's products. Yes, they're pricey and I have many friends who either cannot use the lash boost for one reason or another or saw little to no results. I guess I'm one of the lucky ones. My lashes are long, they do not fall out and I've had no health issues with them. The active hydration serum is a boost in making your moisturizer (both day and night) last longer. I also purchased the AMP MD system, use it once a day and my skin looks amazing. I'm sorry others are dissatisfied with R&F products. Of everything I've ever tried R&F, by far, delivers fabulous results. I am not a MLM and don't want to be. Just a satisfied customer.

But you are in an MLM despite not wanting to be. That is, by their own business briefs what they call themselves.

What they don’t call themselves is a pyramid scheme. But they are that too. Hope that over priced face cream is worth putting another woman in debt and financial crisis. That is what this company does.

You do it to your downlone and your upline does it to you. Not a consultant?

Please. Like we just fell off the turnip truck.

Guest

Multi level company. Amway??

Guest

PS - We can go to you and all your consultant buddy's facebook pages to hear fake positive reviews. That is where you stalk your friends and families. You don't need to misuse this site to post a fake review.

Guest

You are aware this is a place where people can write about issues with a company, not a customer testimonial site - right?? Also, nobody believes you are not a consultant.

Rodan And Fields Staff Review from Frankfurt, Hesse

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I'm fed up with the Rodan and Fields Facebook and social media stalking. Even worse, a consultant is now abusing the trust of my mommy group by acting like she cares and wants to be supportive as it relates to being a mom. The truth is, it is just another marketing opportunity for her. She plays on our emotions and even stretches the truth when it comes to her business. And of course she wants to be our friend on Facebook and our other social media channels. I have also heard her sell the opportunity and surprised at her lack of knowledge when it comes to tax laws. No MLM scheme is a legitimate tax shelter. Forbes just ran a great article on how most of these consultants are committing tax fraud. http://www.forbes.com/sites/anthonynitti/2016/02/25/beachbody-coach-rodan-fields-consultant-at-tax-time-beware-the-hobby-loss-rules/#6fc2131b3c96 I beg of anyone currently selling or considering selling Rodan and Fields: don't abuse your friends and family on social media and by joining our legitimate groups as a marketing ploy.

It HAS a name: relationship building, and when they see you, they should immediately relate to the product and want to be like you. (All drop to knees and bow.)

It is a marketing advertising ruse: you may not be able to relate to the photos in the pages of Vogue, ELL, MarieClaire, but that fellow co -person in your social group can do that for you.

Even looks good on her! Gets the sale$$$$$$$.

Guest

This is so sad that these women are all just wolves in sheep's clothing. They worm their way into any social setting where there is "Fresh Meat" and act like they are interested in your life.

sad sad sad. NO MORALS.

One Use, Discolored Lids

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

After a year of friends hounding me about trying Rodan and Fields (hoping a happy consumer would create an enthusiastic co-seller) I broke down and purchased Lash Boost as well as a regimen. After one night of application my eye lids appear scoched.

I use little to no makeup and am extremely careful with products. I feel foolish and hope the irritation goes away quickly.

Permanent deep red/purple linear is NOT the look for me. I threw every bit of over a 300 dollar purchase in the trash.

I was convinced to try lash boost by my daughter who had amazing results. After a few days of use, I noticed a skin darkening under my eyes.

I began an every other day routine but no improvement.

I foolishly continued and used concealer to hide the dark circles. Lashes grew well, but I look like a raccoon without heavy concealer....not worth it...not for the money or results

Lash Boost Eye problems

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I've been using Lash Boost for nearly a year. A couple of moths ago I started experiencing constant eye watering, burning, itchness, redness, and discomfort. I never imagined that it was caused by the product that I had been using for that long. My eye doctor said that it looked like a chemical burn. After tossing all my makeup products, contacts, soaps, laundry soap, you name it, I finally figured out it was the Lash Boost. It has made my life miserable!

Stop putting chemicals on or near your eyes.

Confused by the 5 star rating?! High rating because you got a refund?

Did you file a complaint to be a part of the lawsuit? You should submit your drs note and findings to be a part of the investigstion.

You may not be able to get your money back from them any other way (to cover medical bills) I would be surprised if they agree to pay your dr bills otherwise. Keep us posted and hope your eyes feel better.
