Rodan And Fields Redefine Cream Review

I too can only get the redefine pm and day cream if I pay for a package I do not want or need. This gimmick enrages and will not keep me coming back. I will move on to another product manufacturer. Love my rep, too bad she works for the wrong company.

Wow, such negative reviews about customer service! First of all, Rodan and Fields is all about customer service.

All I can say is shame on your consultant. I would of personally paid out of my pocket for the shipping and handling. More importantly, I would of have went through the return process for my customer.

Product unavailable. You're mixing chemicals, not building automobiles. How long can it take?

Had really gotten into the products and now I CAN'T GET THEM. This is so frustrating and have been given several availability dates which have all been lies. Like another customer I learned I could get the products if I bought the "kit" ... so there is product available, they just won't sell it individually. RIPOFF. Fortunately, my rep could accommodate my shortage for the time-being but if it's not corrected soon, I'm another lost customer. THIS IS NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. And to think my first impression over a year ago was that this was a first-class operation and I was lucky to find these products. HA! That opinion has certainly changed.

Love the Redefine line, but have been trying to purchase refills for over 8 weeks now! I am cancelling my membership and going to the department store this afternoon! Two weeks ago I emailed about the product availability asking when they would become available. It took several days to get a reply! Yesterday I attempted to call, was passed around over and over again by the prompts, never getting to the "Leave Message" prompt. I kept calling back and trying different prompts to speak to a human being, after 30 minutes on hold I gave up and have now cancelled my membership! Terrible customer service!!!!!

Sold out eye cream

I've been a customer since September 2014. I was able to secure a jar of the eye cream, after waiting for 3 months. Knowing that this product was selling quickly, I placed another order immediately. Had to wait 4 months. Again, I placed an order in April, and today I got a notification that it's once again sold out, but I can still order this product if I also order the eye cleansing cloths($30). What a crock. This company had been taken over by Este Lauder, and does anyone buy this "out of stock" nonsense? It's in stock, but they want you to buy it with the wipes! This is similar to extortion! As much as I like the products, I detest they way they treat their customers. I more than likely, will not continue using R & F. Shame on them, for not putting their customers first.

I have a feeling I know why most are having problems getting certain products from this company and their " associates" buy items in large quantities. They do this for a Two fold reason.

1) They buy in bulk, and entice new people to try their over priced products.

2) They move up in business due to volume and it seems the excess quantities purchased to get their lexus or their next promotion.

Like any MLM or Pyramid scheme there are people who do make money and the system can work. Though for most, and that would be app 98% never do "succeed"

Given today's economy, I can't see paying the average of $300-500 for products that are produces with certain chemicals that are banned in many countries.

I just say do your homework on the company and their products they sell and make an Educated decision.

Don't get caught in the sales hype from friends and others. Don't get caught up in the you can win " free trips, Cars, and be set for life" ect. All MLM or Pyramid scheme promise the world. We all have choices in life, just make sure you make the ones that is right for you.

Not what is right for someone else, what is right for you. Remember if it seems to good to be true, chances are it is..

They are in the business to recruit people. They make money by recruiting as much people as they can under them and building "Levels".

Dermatologist developed skin care range, Rodan and Fields, was developed by two Stanford trained Dermatologists, Katie Rodan and Kathy Fields. Previously, they developed Proactiv and licensed the products to Guthy Renker.

Rodan and Fields was purchased in 2003 by Estee Lauder Companies but the business still operated somewhat independently.

I never said I was unhappy with the products. In fact, I love them.

But explain to me why I can purchase the eye cream along with the eye wipes, but not by itself. It's in stock so why not sell it?

The company has not been taken over by anyone. At one point the products were paired up with Este Lauder and sold retail at high end stores like Neiman Marcus.

The doctors separated themselves from EL and began the direct marketing approach which has exploded the same as their other product, ProActive. The eye cream works and is selling out faster than they can make it which should tell you something. Sorry you are not happy but get your facts straight and just ask if you are unhappy.

Too busy conning friends and relatives for the almighty dollar to let truth get in the way. EL bought R&F from the Drs in 2002/2003 but the products could not compete with other high end products. Drs bought the company back from EL and went the direct marketing path that proved successful for Proactive. None of their products are better than average.

They are being pushed by desperate people to other desperate people. Look for R&F to suffer the same fate as VEMMA, Monavie, Visalus, etc. The growth they are seeing will be followed by the inevitable fall. If the products were really worth it, they would be sold in Department stores and eBay and Amazon.

Simple facts. Period

It's not volume of sales, they actually make very little product, as 95% of business is a pyramid scheme. Growth is all selling to recruits, who sell to recruits and no products leaves the factory its all on paper.

Read the other reviews they will sell you cream if you order hundreds of dollars of other products because real money isn't in mailing out an eye cream every few months. The money is scamming your friends into becoming recruits.

Product works

This product does work. It just works faster and better on younger skin. My lines and wrinkles are extra deep. I am only 65 years old, but look at least 70. After using product my skin is softer and lines are not as deep. I use redefine with roller and acute care strips. R & F sends me an email when they are ready to ship, and I either accept or postpone the shipment. No problems so far. I plan to continue treatment until I can't afford it anymore. Someone between the ages of 30 and 50 would REALLY benefit from this product.
