I was supposed to get an email 5 days prior to the order shipping. Well, twice in the last year that didn't happen and R&F just sends the last order you placed. I received the email that my order had been placed when I didn't want another order. I called...

This product does work. It just works faster and better on younger skin. My lines and wrinkles are extra deep. I am only 65 years old, but look at least 70. After using product my skin is softer and lines are not as deep. I use redefine with roller and acute care strips. R & F sends me an email when they are ready to ship, and I either accept or postpone the shipment. No problems so far. I plan to continue treatment until I can't afford it anymore. Someone between the ages of 30 and 50 would REALLY benefit from this product.

My checking account was drafted on January 13, 2015 for $174.37, no product was sent to me. So, on January 29th, I called to end my orders from you.

I tried to log in to discussed or track down my order but the password had been changed. I contacted Jackie Souther Easler because she directed my orders to her address because they could not deliver to my address. She said that she would handle. Since then she has blocked me from her Facebook site.

I'm very unhappy and would like for you to take care of this for me.

My name is Roberta Ward and can be reached at cookielover528@***.com or(864) 497-****. Thank you!!

Rodan and Fields - Billing Information Review from Fruita, Colorado

I also have a surplus of the stuff I've been using so tried to cancel on site and also removed my billing information as I have moved and an order was still sent and I was still charged. Furious as I have moved and no longer live where they shipped my items. This is the 2nd problem I've had with there auto ships, first time I called they still screwed it up. Cancelling entire service and will be posting reviews warning about their shady website and billing practices!!

If you really removed your billing information the shipment wouldn't have gone through. Did you contact the consultant that sold you the products?

You obviously didn't cancel in time before the order went through.

Sales rep lied!!!

so my neighbor, who said she was a friend, gave me some Rodan and Fields TO TRY. I offered to pay and she said no. The product worked and so I ordered more. Well my shady neighbor signed me up on a replenishment plan WITH OUT ME KNOWING and when my shipment of products came in she took it and said it was HER REPLACEMENT! It's amazing what someone does for a sell1 I guess that is why they call them shady "salesmen"! Lets just say I called the headquarters and they were less than pleased. they called her and I was refunded!! So, if you live in Huntersville NC watch out for you rep!!! And if she takes you for a ride you know what to do!!

Rodan and Fields is the best company I have ever personally been a customer of and in my 50+ years I have bought a ton of products and in the past decade I have bought most everything I purchase online except for groceries and gas. LOL.

I can't tell you how many products of Rodan and Fields I have tried and have never yet had to return a one of them but I have had some friends who didn't order the right ones for their skin because they just ordered what they wanted and didn't use that little solution tool on the website that tells you what's the right regimen for your personal skin type and issues. And they had to send theirs back a couple of times and the company was so quick to make sure they were refunded and didn't give them any hassle about it either. And they didn't keep on charging their credit card every month like most companies you hear about. And also, if you have a problem you can call the PC Perks hotline I think is what it's called and the doctors staff will help you with any problems with your skin if you aren't seeing any difference or improvements to your skin.

Most of the time I've hear of any of my girlfriends having to call for help they told me they weren't using the products right or they weren't using the right products. When they tried what the perks line nurses told them to try, they got the results they wanted and they were happy and if not they got their money back and they were happy for that.

No company is perfect but this company sure is close to it.

Sorry there are shady people out there but seriously, how did she "take" your replenishment order? Once you signed up and you had to sign up with your credit card information, you get an email about your next order, so how did she sign you up for replenishment?

Seriously people, if you are going to post this *** at least make it sound real!

So...you're posting a bad review about the company because one consultant wasn't honest with you? From your post, it sounds like the company did the right thing.

I have had success with the Proactiv skin care system. I used to buy it at a kiosk in my local mall, but last year they took it out. It seemed my only option was to go through their web site. I discovered after ordering that it was automatically set up to re-send...

I think they bank on the fact that most people are either too busy/lazy to send the product back...it's a scam!

Proactive membership scam

Get a three months' supply of proactive! Only pay $19.95! That sounded like a good thing to me. Paid the $19.95 plus shipping and handling. Got the proactiv. So far, so good. Then one month later, a charge for $33.00 shows up on my account. I called them. Oh, the $19.95 was only for a one-month supply. I will now automatically be charged $33.00/month and get a new supply every 90 days! That's about $100 for a three months' supply. The refused to reverse the $33. I got an email today saying my account t had been cancelled, and that I still owed $39.95 for which I would receive a bill. Total complete ripoff! Don't do it! If you love proactiv, and it isn't that great, go to the mall and get a three-months' supply for $40.

Make your life simple and keep your money.

Pay yourself.

Go to the local pharmacist and ask him or her.

He will direct tomsome good product probaly inder $10 with no autoship.

You can control the amount and how long you use it.

Empower yourself!

They sold it to a supeprmonlinemail marketing type firm.

Yes, the autoship so they sell a $5.00 product for $35.

That is not a good deal for the consumer.

You have just wasted $30.

Empower yourself, do not buy the proactive and rodan and fields— it is all the same source!

There are equivalent products for $5.00!

Do not let them steal your money. Read up on the ingredients.

Once again...Rodan + Fields does not own Proactiv, Guthy-Renker does. So why is this a review of R+F?

I have been having trouble with this company since November 2012! I called to cancel and they placed my shipment on hold for a few months meanwhile they charged my Bank account and then refunded the money days later .

They did that along with vita clear vitamins.

I was not to sure to order in the first place and now i just regret it. I filed a complain about them to my bank Wells Fargo and they put a strict block on them so i diont get charged ever again by these people.
